Estimated Delivery Windows: Your order tracker may display an estimated delivery window. Most orders arrive within this timeframe, but factors like weather, flight schedules, or preordered/customized items may cause delays.

Shipping Restrictions

Certain items may have shipping restrictions due to local/state laws, hazardous materials, oversized items, or address types that some carriers cannot serve.

Risk & Responsibility

All orders are shipped under a shipment contract. Risk and title transfer to the customer upon delivery to the carrier.

If shipping insurance is purchased, claims for loss, damage, or delay during transit can be filed through the Order Center.

Smrtiplx is not responsible for delivery delays caused by natural or uncontrollable events, including courier delays or customs clearance.
Claims Processing

Reports of lost, missing, incorrect, or damaged items must be filed within 7 days of delivery.

For incorrect or damaged items, photos should be included with your claim.

Smrtiplx reserves the right to limit or decline reshipments or refunds. Courtesy reshipments are not eligible for return or refund.

A: We aim to ship items together, but different shipping methods may result in separate deliveries. Shipment notifications are sent for each item as it ships.
Q: Can I change my delivery address after shipment?
A: No, we cannot modify the delivery address once an order has been shipped.
